Jim Minges is principal consultant and founding partner of Minges & Associates. He brings more than 40 years of experience in library cooperation and development, consulting and continuing education, including extensive experience in leadership and evaluation of regional library cooperatives in several states, programs for resource sharing, shared library automation systems, library planning, continuing education and consulting. He has provided strategic planning, consulting and board development services to more than 300 libraries.
